Floor of bedroom & balcony is at same level and balcony door is placed over balcony floor; no sill / concrete barrier / level difference is given in between balcony & bedroom floor. Due to this sealant gets damaged when rainwater seeps inside or during washing of balcony. Additionally sealant application was not adequately done. Hence this can further deteriorate floor and can get affected by termite also; if not taken care in proper time can also cause damages to associated ceiling below the floor due to moisture. Thereby will create difficulty for residents by adding a cost and inconvenience due to repair.

Due to this gap, water will flow and pest can travel from bathroom to adjacent areas which can further cause health issues. If this is not rectified on time, this can hamper residents in long run by creating unhygienic condition.

Flow of moisture noted from-around the AC gas pipe. Sleeves not provided at wall surface for running concealed AC gas pipes and unfilled gaps noted on external surface around AC drain pipe. Water seeping in noted in this area. If this source of moisture not rectified at right time, can further cause paint deterioration and other damages in the attached/ associated areas. Hence, this will hassle residents by creating unhealthy living conditions and adding an extra cost due to repair.

Presence of moisture is due to water seepage through deteriorated joint filling at floor tile joints. If not rectified on time, then it can cause intruded moisture to flow into adjacent areas below roof, which can thereby damage below ceiling and associated walls. This will create living conditions which are not good for health of residents and cause hassles by adding repair cost.

For this type of window section; weep holes should have been provided on vertical surface of the bottom channel. Due to this position of weep holes, rainwater entering the hollow tube section of the channel which will seep in from-around screw hole positions for anchorage & end of this tube is open in both ends due to the design of the window. Hence rainwater seeping in through the section will affect window sill & surrounding areas. If not rectified at proper time, water will spread in attached/ associated areas and cause damage in the long run.

This will create a path for moisture to intrude from-around grating position, thereby deteriorating the associated / attached areas of the property. In the long run it can hassle occupants by creating unhealthy living conditions and adding a cost & time lag during repair.

The size of the hinges not matching with the window section, due to which hinges not flushing within window section and hence it is not  tightly  fixed as required. These will eventually cause stability issues of both hinges & panel and there will be chances of panel getting detached from window section.

If not rectified at the right time, will hamper occupants by adding repair cost and damage and also become a safety issue.

Damaged insulation around AC gas pipe will lead to condensation of moisture due to surrounding warm air around cold piping. Condensed moisture will further damage the surrounding areas by intruding through weaker junction. If not rectified at right time will damage the related walls and create  unhealthy condition for residents in future.

Moisture is originated from adjacent kitchen sink area. This has happened due to gap between sink counter & counter beading on wall surface at kitchen side. If source is not rectified at the right time, can further cause paint deterioration and other damages in the attached / associated areas. This will create unhealthy living conditions for residents and add a cost & time lag during repair.
